Curtain is a textile room divider manufactured from thermoformable pet felt. It is designed for open space offices and offers an adaptable solution for acoustic and visual screening. Single shells can be added together to a mobile screen. The shape references a hanging curtain, turning into an independent stable object with a certain degree of flexibility. The modular structure of the expandable screen and the properties of the material allow various set ups to define individual spaces for communication, concentration or recreation. Additionally Curtain improves area acoustics through its sound absorbing material and the curtain-like shape of the assembled shells.
